WHO WE ARE
The Laing Family Foundation is funded by Gatewest Coin in Winnipeg. Our directors are passionate about improving the lives of both people and animals.
The People Program:
We believe in investing in our communities and their people. Our program donates to many different initiatives including education, culture, mental health, and women's rights. Our hope is that by investing in bettering ourselves and our communities, we'll create a better future for everyone.
Chia's Pets Program:
We provide animal rescues and shelters with donations, and products for their causes. These rescues do an amazing job of providing for animals in need. Our job is to support these organizations when it's the rescuers that need the rescuing. We donate funds towards spay and neuter initiatives, the control of mange and Canine Parvovirus, and food programs to help feed those hungry mouths. The Chia's Pets Program is dedicated to helping any animal welfare organizations in need.

Jasmine Allen
Executive Director
Jasmine has been a truly valued member of the Laing Family Foundation from the beginning. Jasmine initiates, organizes, and promotes new programs for our directors, members, and volunteers.
Jessica Klasser
Director
With a keen belief in the power of charity and volunteer work Jessica is committed to changing the world. Jessica heads our Women's Initiative programs.
Mariah Klasser
Director
Personable and detail-oriented, Mariah is beloved by both our donors and our directors. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful director and person on our staff. Mariah acts as our animal welfare program director.
